Nikki Fernandez is the President of Highland Park Hospital and Chief Nursing Officer for NorthShore at Endeavor Health. Fernandez also leads the Maternal Child Health and Emergency and Critical Care Service Lines at Endeavor Health. Her journey in healthcare leadership began at Skokie Hospital, transitioning through roles such as Vice President of Nursing at Glenbrook Hospital and culminating as Senior Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at Evanston Hospital.
Fernandez earned an Associate's Degree in Nursing from the Community College of Allegheny County in Pittsburgh, PA and a BSN from Carlow University. She holds a Master of Science in leadership and management from North Park University and is pursuing a Doctorate of Nursing Practice, expected in May 2024. She is board certified as a Nurse Executive through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
