I have been going to Dr. Spirakes for 20 years. She takes the time to speak with you and thoroughly understand what is going on in your life. Given the fact that mental health is affecting such a huge percentage of people, she seems to take the time to check in on every aspect of your life as a more holistic look. I would recommend Dr. Spirakes to anybody who will listen.
