Teressa Alexander, MD, an obstetrician and gynecologist at Endeavor Health, provides care for women across every stage of life—from adolescence through menopause and beyond. Care philosophy
I chose to practice OB/GYN because I care deeply about supporting women through every stage of life. I aim to provide evidence-based care with compassion, earn each patient’s trust and build lasting relationships through shared decision-making. I care for individuals from adolescence through older adulthood, and it’s a privilege to support multiple generations within families. Whether I’m delivering a baby, performing surgery or offering preventive care, I strive to advocate for my patients’ wellbeing every day.

Dr. Alexander is the best. I've only seen her twice and it feels as if she's been my doctor for years. I love how she explains things regarding my care and she is very heartfelt and sincere with her answers to any of my questions. I have followed Dr Alexander from her previous hospital system and recommend ALL my friends to see her. She is by far my favorite doctor and trust her with my care, she has delivered all 3 of my babies and know I am in good hands. She is knowledgeable and supports all her decisions with research! I encourage all my soon to be mom friends to see her for prenatal care! Her Medical assistant / nurse is also so kind and comforting and I love that she has been with Dr A this whole time, it feels so nice knowing I will see a friendly face!
