What to expect

The Endeavor Health Administrative Fellowship Program is a one-year experience that extends from July through June. The program is designed to ensure robust practical experience in all facets of healthcare management. 

As a Fellow, you’ll work closely with senior management on diverse projects that support our strategic initiatives and mission — to help everyone in our communities be their best. You will develop a multidimensional understanding of the external environment and how it influences senior management’s strategic decision-making for the organization. Throughout the program, our goal is that you will successfully develop leadership and management skills through direct participation in real-world management activities. 

The qualified candidate is required to have a Master of Health Administration degree or equivalent from an accredited university. Additionally, the candidate should have the following key competencies: customer focus, project management, alliance building, results orientation, change management, interpersonal savvy, communication, problem solving, organization and planning, strong work ethic, initiative, desire to learn and curiosity.
 

How to apply

Endeavor Health offers two ways to apply for our Administrative Fellowship Program.

Option 1: Attend an Endeavor Health information session at your school and apply there

Members of the Endeavor Health leadership team will visit select schools in fall 2024. Students interested in applying for the Endeavor Health Administrative Fellowship Program must attend the Endeavor Health informational session at their school and have application documents readily available.

Selection process

Selected candidates will be invited to participate in virtual interviews in early October 2024. Offers of employment will be extended by mid-October.
