Being deeply connected to the community means more than providing access to excellent healthcare. It means understanding, and investing in, the health needs of our community.
Through our Community Investment Fund (CIF), Endeavor Health has awarded more than $21.4 million to 47 local partnerships dedicated to enhancing community health and wellbeing, advancing health equity and supporting local economic growth. Together, we’re committed to helping everyone in our communities be their best.
Endeavor Health is proud to announce enhancements to the CIF as we continue to focus on community health and wellbeing and grow partnerships within the communities we serve. Our new awards, capacity builder and impact, both align with our goals of promoting health equity, supporting historically underserved communities, and fostering impactful community partnerships.
- Designed for distinct 1-2 year projects that build and strengthen skills, resources, and infrastructure of community-based organizations.
- Focus areas: Behavioral health, food insecurity, housing insecurity, workforce development in healthcare.
- Award amounts: $100,000 to $500,000 per year.
- Apply now for funding beginning in 2025.
- Emphasize long-term partnerships to drive significant community impact.
- Award amounts: $1 million+ per year, up to 5 years.

The application window for our 2025 CIF capacity builder awards applications is now closed.

We will reach out to each applicant in early December to communicate whether a proposal was selected or not. We will publicly announce the awards in January 2026.
