It is simply a video call which allows you to meet face-to-face, in real time, with a healthcare professional from Endeavor Health. Telehealth may be an ideal option if you have a rash, cold or flu symptoms, or other minor illness, and you’re looking for an alternative to an in-person visit. If you’re not tech-savvy, we will walk you through the process of the video call.
*Telehealth services provided by Endeavor Health are only available to patients who are physically located in the state of Illinois at the time of the visit.

Due to the federal government shutdown, Medicare patients are unable to schedule new telehealth/video visits. If you already have a visit scheduled, it will continue as planned. If not, contact your doctor’s office to schedule an in-person appointment.
