Frequently asked questions
Visit an immediate care center for non-life-threatening concerns like sore throat, minor cuts or burns, allergies or sprains. Our licensed providers can also perform lab tests, imaging and vaccinations as needed.
Go to an emergency department if you are experiencing serious symptoms such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, uncontrolled bleeding, confusion or a head or neck injury.
Immediate Care Centers, open 7 days a week, are great for everyday illnesses and injuries — like sore throats, fevers, cuts, sprains, or fractures. We treat a wide range of issues for patients of all ages.
Orthopaedic Immediate Care Centers focus specifically on injuries to bones, joints, and muscles. If you’ve had a sports injury, think you might have a more serious fracture, or are dealing with ongoing joint or muscle pain, these centers offer expert care from orthopaedic specialists.
Both Centers treat sports injuries and fractures, you may also consider your preference for, location, hours of operation and the type of provider.
We treat patients of all ages — infants, children, teens, adults and older adults.
Appointments are not required, however, saving your spot in line will save time. All our immediate care locations accept walk-ins.
