Workday

Workday is our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Employees can use Workday to update personal information, view pay stubs and submit expense reports (requires two-factor authentication)

Access work systems securely from outside the network. Choose your location/legacy entity:

API access (time & attendance)

On Oct. 26, our employee timekeeping system upgraded from API to symplr Workforce. During the transition, API will be active until Oct. 27 for limited transactions.  After Oct. 27, API will be “view-only” for historical transactions.

symplr Workforce (NEW! formerly API)

Access symplr Workforce remotely through the Endeavor Health login page.

Login instructions:

  • Username:
    • NSH/NCH/SWH employees: Enter your current work email address, either yourfirstname.yourlastname [at] endeavorhealth.org or your prior NCH, SW or NS email address if you have not migrated to the new endeavorhealth.org email.
    • EEH employees: Enter yourfirstname.yourlastname [at] eehealth.org.
  • Password: Use your standard home network password.

This method allows direct access to symplr Workforce without needing a VPN or Citrix connection.

Note: Some team members may have accounts in multiple Endeavor directories. Please use the login credentials associated with your primary home location and network (EEH, NCH, NSH/SWH).

Team member resources

Team member symptom screening

If you are experiencing influenza-like illness (ILI) symptoms (e.g., flu, COVID-19, etc.) or may have been exposed to ILI, fill out this form to report your symptoms to Employee Health. Team members should continue to follow the established method for communicating illness to their managers and other team members.

Annual flu vaccination program

Flu vaccination is required for contracted team members working with Endeavor Health patients, team members, or on-site between Oct. 1, 2025–Mar. 31, 2026. Submit vaccination proof or a Vaccine Exemption Form for Contracted Team Members through the Team Member Health portal. Note: COVID-19 vaccination is optional but strongly recommended.

Employee Incident Report (EIR)

Team members should complete an EIR within 24 hours of any work-related injury, illness, or communicable disease exposure. If unable, the department manager may submit an EIR on their behalf.
