Whether you're a patient or visitor, a little preparation helps ensure that your time at Endeavor Health is as seamless and comfortable as possible.

Visitor guidelines

Amid an increase in respiratory illness transmissions and guidance by the Illinois Department of Public Health, we’ve updated our masking policy to protect our most vulnerable patients:

We require patients and visitors to mask when experiencing respiratory virus symptoms.
We strongly recommend patients mask when they are seeking care in high risk areas*, and other individuals mask when they are visiting patients in high risk areas*.
We kindly ask visitors who are sick to please reschedule visits.

*High risk areas include all areas within our inpatient medical centers (e.g., inpatient units, ICUs, procedural areas, labor and delivery), emergency departments and cancer centers. If you are unsure, please ask.

On-campus amenities

While you or a loved one at the hospital, we want to make your visit as comfortable as possible. On-campus amenities may include dining options for a quick snack or full meal, a flower shop for gifts and well wishes and valet parking for added convenience. Amenities vary by location.
