Recognized for her insatiable curiosity and insights-driven omnichannel strategies, Endeavor Health’s Chief Marketing Officer Anne Martino exemplifies empathetic leadership and innovative thinking that enhances reputation, builds relationships and drives growth for the organization.

In her role, Martino sets strategic direction and leads brand, marketing growth, digital strategy, corporate and internal communications and public relations. Since joining NorthShore University HealthSystem as Chief Marketing Officer in 2020, Martino’s leadership has been integral throughout the system’s growth, culminating in the 2023 rebranding of NorthShore – Edward-Elmhurst Health to Endeavor Health, uniting four health systems and more than 27,000 team members under one name and brand.

Her more than 25 years of consumer brand-building and communications experience includes driving major rebranding, M&A, change management and culture building initiatives, as well as holding numerous leadership positions at advertising agencies Leo Burnett, FCB Global and J. Walter Thompson.

Prior to NorthShore, Martino served as System Vice President of Consumer Insights and Strategy at Advocate Aurora Health, where she implemented a nationally recognized, consumer-first approach to enhancing organizational and brand strategy. She also previously led marketing efforts for NAVTEQ, a global GPS industry pioneer.

Martino earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism/advertising from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a master’s degree in communications from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She serves on the board of the University of Wisconsin School of Journalism and the University of Wisconsin Foundation’s Women’s Philanthropy Council and is passionate about mentoring the next generation of female leaders.

When she’s not checking out a fun new destination or reading up on the latest trends and technologies, Martino enjoys practicing yoga, hiking her favorite trails and spending time with friends and family.
