As Chief People Officer at Endeavor Health, Dianna Sparacino is responsible for defining and advancing a vision for a superior and innovative team member experience that results in excellent service for the patients and communities we are privileged to serve.
In her role, Sparacino has been instrumental in guiding Endeavor Health through one of its most important transitions, bringing together and aligning multiple distinct organizational cultures into a single, integrated system. Her leadership is critical in ensuring that employees at all levels feel engaged, supported and included throughout the process. She prioritizes open communication, transparent leadership practices and thoughtful change management strategies to create an integration that continues to strengthen the organization.
Sparacino’s strategic vision and people-first leadership style continues to influence Endeavor Health’s evolution as a values-driven healthcare employer. Under her leadership, Endeavor Health earned consecutive recognition by Mental Health America for Workplace Mental Health, reflecting her commitment to employee well-being. As Endeavor Health grows and adapts to a rapidly changing healthcare landscape, her leadership ensures that our people remain at the center of every decision.
Sparacino has over 25 years of global human resources experience. She previously served as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for NorthShore University Health System. Prior to joining NorthShore in 2018, she served as Vice President, Global Human Resources at Univar and held a variety of leadership positions at Molex, Inc.
Sparacino is actively involved in workforce development across the region. She is on the board at Skills for Chicagoland’s Future and a member of the Community Unit School District 203 as well as the Workforce Innovation Council. She supports programs that create job opportunities and career pathways for underserved populations. Her efforts to connect community talent pipelines with institutional needs highlight her belief in inclusive, sustainable workforce development.
Sparacino holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Northwestern University.
In her free time, Sparacino enjoys spending time with her husband, three adult daughters and her two dogs. She also loves to bake cookies, especially to give to others around the holiday season.
