Ashley DiCosola, APN-CNP, an advanced practice clinician specializing in family medicine at Endeavor Health, provides care across the lifespan in the Immediate Care setting. With a background in women’s health and pediatric intensive care, she now focuses on diagnosing and treating both acute and chronic conditions, offering patients accessible and timely care. Care philosophy
I view patient care as a partnership, much like a relationship in sickness and in health. My goal is to teach patients to care for themselves not only when sick but also when healthy to prevent illness. I listen closely, create plans to address concerns and, if I don’t have the answer, I work to find someone who does. This collaborative approach helps patients feel supported and cared for.
