I meet patients where they are and focus on their strengths, even when they’re coping with trauma, anxiety or depression. I use an eclectic mix of approaches — often solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapy — to tailor care to each person. I aim to create a comforting, nonjudgmental space so it feels safe to share difficult experiences, notice what’s going well, and build on it. Together, we set goals, move at a sustainable pace, and work toward meaningful change.
