About Merle Diamond, MD
Merle Diamond, MD, a headache medicine specialist at Endeavor Health, provides comprehensive care for patients living with migraine and other headache disorders. She earned her medical degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and completed her residency in internal and emergency medicine at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Board certified in internal medicine and specially trained in headache medicine, Dr. Diamond has contributed to more than 70 scientific publications and co-authored several headache textbooks, advancing clinical understanding and patient care.

My endeavor is to help patients regain control over their lives by providing compassionate, individualized care for those living with headache and migraine disorders.
Care philosophy
I focus on helping patients restore normal function so they can live fully. While headaches may not disappear completely, I teach my patients how to manage attacks effectively, giving them the confidence and tools to maintain their quality of life.
