Leland Jaffe, DPM, a podiatric physician at Endeavor Health, has been in practice since 2011. He provides comprehensive foot and ankle care, focusing on improving mobility, treating acute and chronic pain, and helping patients return to full activity. His expertise includes sports medicine, diabetic foot care and the management of chronic, hard-to-heal wounds. Dr. Jaffe also emphasizes preventive care and addresses underlying causes to improve outcomes and maintain long-term foot health.
