Aaron Thomas Artiles, MD, an anesthesiologist at Endeavor Health, specializes in delivering anesthesia care before, during and after surgical procedures. He is board certified in anesthesiology and works collaboratively with surgical and clinical teams to monitor patients’ vital signs, manage pain and promote safety in the operating room. Dr. Artiles applies clinical precision and evidence-based techniques to help ensure patients are supported throughout their perioperative experience.

Laura McPartlin, PhD, a pediatric neuropsychologist at Endeavor Health, specializes in evaluating neurodevelopmental and neurological conditions in infants, children and adolescents. Her clinical interests include autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, epilepsy, genetic disorders and the long-term effects of prematurity and early brain injury. Dr. McPartlin takes a strengths-based approach that celebrates neurodiversity and emphasizes collaboration among families, schools and medical teams. Her research explores the connection between sleep and cognitive function to better inform individualized care and promote each child’s wellbeing.
