The institute is designed to accommodate emerging technologies, from AI and robotics to advanced imaging, digital health, wearable devices and more. It was also constructed with sustainable features and energy efficiencies, including shaded glass, a green roof, and an energy-saving heating, ventilating and air conditioning system. There is also a plan to install solar panels on the roof and a battery storage system by late 2025.
