I was very nervous to switch to a new PCP after my previous Doctor Retired , however, after meeting Dr. Kandula, I immediately felt at ease, she was very thorough with me initial encounter, she took her time to review my health history and I truly felt heard when I presented my medical concerns. She had a clear plan of next steps to ensure my health needs would be addressed. Dr. Kandula was very kind, energetic and positive, excellent bedside manners. She was also very respectful to her staff members and that is something I admire of health professionals. Overall a great first experience.

I was left with the general feeling that my doctor was trying to get through my appointment as quickly as possible. I felt rushed and did not feel like they were there to meet with me, but more like I was a hurdle for them to overcome in their day. Everyone else in the office was perfectly friendly and comforting.
