Patient reviews & physician ratings

We partner with Press Ganey, a trusted national leader in measuring patient experience across more than 26,000 healthcare organizations. Press Ganey uses validated surveys to measure patients’ health care experiences with their physician.

Patients who see an Endeavor Health Medical Group provider may receive a survey by text or email within a few days of their visit. 

The survey includes questions focused on important aspects of the patient experience, such as:

• Kindness shown by all staff throughout your experience
• Ease of scheduling your appointment
• Ease of contacting
• Degree to which you were informed about delays
• How well the staff worked together to care for you
• Likelihood of recommending the care provider to others

The Likelihood to Recommend response is used to create the provider’s star rating and inform the patient comments we share. Ratings are updated on a monthly basis.

Patient reviews and ratings help us:

• Monitor and improve the quality of care
• Support physician development and training
• Provide meaningful, transparent information for people choosing a provider

We are committed to transparency and post both positive and negative feedback. However, we do not post comments that:

• Include profanity, slander, or offensive language
• Refer to the wrong provider
• Risk the privacy of our patients or providers

To ensure the ratings reflect consistent, reliable experiences, we only display reviews for employed providers who have received at least 30 completed surveys.

Independent physicians are not included in this rating system.

Yes. All patient comments are reviewed and any personally identifiable information is removed before publication to protect your privacy.
