Care philosophy
I work to create an environment where each person’s unique needs and experiences guide our approach. Using evidence-based care, I rely on treatments grounded in research and collaborate with patients to develop strategies for managing anxiety, depression, addiction and other mental health conditions. My goal is to help people feel supported as they learn about their symptoms and identify options that can improve their quality of life.
