I found all my interactions to be very positive, from the receptionist, the Dr and his assistant [...]. Important to mention is I was a walk-in - without an appointment. I thought I was going to an urgent care facility, but learned it was the same clinic where patients see their orthopedic doctors. That made my experience even better. I waited less than an hour, saw a Dr who spent adequate time with me & got me in for an X-Ray. It was impressed.

The doctor was absolutely fantastic. Knowledgeable, gave good instructions and with a very good "bedside manner", very nice doctor. Had a bad back ache and they took an x-ray and the doctor reassured me that it was nothing dangerous or malignant. He checked me out thoroughly in regards to my movements and in a very timely fashion an assistant came in and fitted me with a brace for my back, and then physical therapist came in and went through some exercises for me to do at home. I was extremely satisfied and happy with the provider and with all the care I received.

I was a "Walk In" to the orthopedic Immediate Care." My PCP instructed me to go. I had no idea how long I would have to wait but I needed help due to intense pain in my lower back and hip. I was seen by a Medical Assistant [...] for Intake. She was excellent! I had X-rays taken by very competent and kind staff, and then I saw Dr. Hoeper. All staff were kind, patient and caring. Dr. Hoeper explained to me what he saw on the X-rays. He was responsive, and a good listener. I am always conscious of being an older adult who has multiple health conditions and disabilities as sometimes I am not treated by providers with dignity. Dr. Hoeper did treat me with compassion and dignity for which I am grateful. [...] also was terrific as well!There is a good deal of ableism noted from some of my experiences with providers which Includes doctors, NPs and nurses but I did not feel that ableism directed to me with Dr. Hoeper. I am also a strong self-advocate as I do not consider myself custodial or palliative; I expect to have equal access to quality healthcare. I was provided with pain medication where the RX was called into my pharmacy, and I was referred to Pain Management Services and to a Hip Replacement Specialist. I have already made all of the appointments needed. Endeavor has thousands of patients who are over 65. Many of us are disabled. My expectation of care includes Evaluation and Treatment if treatment is available. I appreciate Dr. Hoeper getting that started for me. Thank you!

He always takes the time to listen and respond to all of my questions and concerns. I very much appreciate that he provides treatment options and then discusses the pros and cons of each. Dr. H was patient. At first even though the MRI showed a hamstring problem and an orthopedic back Doctor and neurosurgeon said it's NOT your back the PA wasn't convinced it was a hamstring issue. Dr. H asked to yo touch my toes and then go on the examining table. He did some tests and questions and then knew I have a hamstring problem. I like that he wrote an order for PT and wants to see me in six weeks. I hope the PT works but am not sure it will. Dr. H was very thorough. I had a bit of a wait and Dr. H apologized. Not a big deal though. Well worth the wait.
