Dr. Ruffolo has always given me all the time I've needed when seeing her. Her bedside manner is above the norm. She has ALWAYS had my best interest at heart and makes me feel like I'm her favorite patient. The doctor who is replacing her has some very big shoes to fill. I will miss her.
