About Jacob Stelter, MD
Jacob Stelter, MD, an emergency medicine and sports medicine physician at Endeavor Health, treats patients in both hospital and outpatient settings. He provides comprehensive emergency care across four emergency departments and also manages orthopedic and concussion-related injuries in his sports medicine practice. Dr. Stelter is passionate about functional coaching, lifestyle modifications and innovations that improve concussion diagnosis and recovery. His goal is to return patients to health, performance and quality of life-no matter where they are in their journey.

My endeavor is to provide the best emergency and orthopaedic care that I can to every patient that I see, working closely with my patients to get them back to where they want to be.

My approach in emergency medicine is to understand the whole patient-their medical history, current situation and needs. In sports medicine, I focus on rehabilitation, performance and lifestyle coaching to help patients return to function and achieve their goals.
