The PA Lauren was wonderful. She addressed 2 concerns, ordered ultrasound to rule out blood clot and also ordered chest X-ray and blood work. Lauren called the next morning to check how things were going. Prescribed muscle relaxer which stopped the continual hiccups!

Lauren Garside, PA-C met with me this last Monday. I was a walk-in; I did not have an appointment. She recommended some additional tests because I was also getting my blood test for my routine physical happening today.It turned out that I had H. Pylori, and the thing that was very serendipitous was the prescriptions I required were filled the very same day! I'm leaving on a two week cruise tomorrow, and I can't tell you how pleased I was with Miss Garside's attentive, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional demeanor.I know the bad news gets all the focus these days, but I wanted to tell you how pleased I was-not only in my immediate access to a provider, but the prompt nature of getting me back on track particularly because I'm leaving the country for two weeks tomorrow.Ms. Garside was a godsend to me and my time of need. Whoever evaluates these surveys should make a special point in thanking her and acknowledging a job well done, going above and beyond the line of duty.
