I was very impressed with the Abridge app that the physician used during our visit. It really changed the patient/physician dynamic and allowed for me as the parent feel like we were having a conversation about my concerns for my son without the barrier of the physician typing on the computer. Dr. Ohr was great, as well as the front desk staff and rooming MAs. I was also appreciative of Dr. Ohr's promt follow up to a NSC message I sent the following day regarding some additional concerns I had about my Son's symptoms.
