He explained how the muscles and tendons in the lower leg and foot atrophied when I was on crutches for that long time. Exercises were suggested, with take home images. He discussed options for me regarding being able to drive again. I am VERY PLEASED with the visit, for it eliminated a possible cause for my leg\/foot problems. He suggested other doctor specialties (e.g., neurologist) that could help me diagnose and correct my right leg situation. They were kind and professional. This is the first time I met Dr Kodros. He has a dry sense of humor which I love. When I walked back in from having my foot xrayed, he said \"what took you so long?\" And while he was consulting with me he said, \"\"Well, I'm going to have to put you in a cast.\" Oh my goodness, he really put me at ease. He knew that I was in a good mood and this shows that he can adapt to his patients. This is a true gift! He was very reassuring and empathetic. He said that if he was going to break his foot, he would want it to be where I broke mine. He explained that this isn't a Jones fracture and went over the xrays In detail. He Is very good at explaining and I am grateful.I had a knee high boot and crutches which they gave me at Immediate Care the day before. Dr Kodros said that I don't need that anymore. I just need a very sturdy ankle brace and orthopedic shoe. I can't remember the name of the guy who fitted me. But he did a great job. The technique to put on the ankle brace is complex and he explained the process thoroughly as he was putting it on me. I took a few pictures during each step to help me remember. But it turns out I didn't need them.I wish I didn't break my foot but I am feeling very blessed that I have been cared for.
