My endeavor is to make sure every patient feels listened to, understood and cared for, while also improving maternal health outcomes across our state and country.
Patients are the experts of their own experience. My role is to listen, provide guidance and walk alongside them through the challenges of pregnancy. I believe in combining support and medical expertise to ensure every patient feels physically and emotionally cared for as they move toward a healthy outcome.
Ann Borders, MD, a maternal and fetal medicine physician at Endeavor Health, provides specialized care for high-risk pregnancies involving medical complications in the mother or baby. She partners closely with families throughout pregnancy, offering guidance, support and expertise to promote the healthiest possible outcomes. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Borders leads research, quality improvement and advocacy initiatives to advance maternal health and reduce disparities in outcomes across Illinois and beyond.
