My endeavor is to provide safe care for our laboring mothers and their babies. My endeavor is also to create an atmosphere where we, as staff members, are happy to come to work.
I take care of women from adolescence through menopause. I want patients to know they can come to me, trust me and feel heard. I aim to support them through life’s most vulnerable moments with compassion and evidence-based care.
Eiman El Tag, MD, an OB hospitalist at Endeavor Health Highland Park Hospital, provides expert care for laboring mothers and their babies. With a deep understanding of cross-cultural care, she supports women from adolescence through menopause, drawing on personal and professional experience to foster trust and safety. Fluent in Arabic and familiar with diverse cultural norms, Dr. El Tag helps bridge gaps in care by offering compassion, clear communication and continuity across generations.
