Dr. Ngu has consistently used his own professional and educated judgment in my treatment, but he does so in collaboration with my thoughts to ensure that we are a team in managing my healthcare. He has never pressured or pushed medication, and always answers my questions with thorough explanations. His office also accommodates my schedule and is flexible. I continue to drive over 30 minutes for appointments even after moving away from the area because I am so satisfied with him and his team. What's more is he is apprised of what's been going on with me and asks about it every time I visit him which demonstrates that he is prepared for my appointments.
