I've had consistently positive experiences with Dr. Ngu and his staff as a patient over the years. When I had somewhat concerning symptoms earlier this year, I minimized and chalked it up to a severe panic attack but Dr. Ngu treated it seriously and recommended a stat MRI, and referred me to two specialists, which has helped me gain significant clarity about my overall health, including leading to a diagnosis that I had no idea about and that will require treatment. Dr. Ngu has consistently used his own professional and educated judgment in my treatment, but he does so in collaboration with my thoughts to ensure that we are a team in managing my healthcare. He has never pressured or pushed medication, and always answers my questions with thorough explanations. His office also accommodates my schedule and is flexible. I continue to drive over 30 minutes for appointments even after moving away from the area because I am so satisfied with him and his team. What's more is he is apprised of what's been going on with me and asks about it every time I visit him which demonstrates that he is prepared for my appointments. Absolutely recommend this physician as a primary care doctor.
