My endeavor is to make my patients feel as confident as they can about their own healthcare decisions and quality of life.
I believe every patient should feel powerful and informed when making decisions about their health. People have unique needs, priorities and risk tolerances, so my role is to provide knowledge, options and support. By creating a safe space and offering choices, I help patients feel respected, confident and in control of their care.
Maddalena Buscemi, APN-CNM, a certified nurse midwife at Endeavor Health, provides comprehensive care for women through pregnancy, birth and beyond. Inspired from a young age by her fascination with birth and the example of her aunt, a midwife, she pursued a career supporting families during some of life’s most vulnerable and meaningful moments. Maddalena emphasizes education, respect and informed choice, helping patients feel confident in their decisions about their health. She is also engaged in advancing care for conditions like endometriosis through ongoing research and innovation.
