My experience in this office gave me hope that I might be able to engage in a healthy normal life again, and at 29 with multiple chronic conditions and severe pain, difficulty walking, memory problems, no immune system, who would like to be a mom one day that was something I didn't think I was ever going to feel again. I really felt seen. I felt like the life I have my fingers crossed for has a chance to actually happen and I haven't been able to allow myself to think that in a long time. The nurses were thoughtful and were openly working with therapeutic communication and making sure I had happy tears not sad ones: it's clear the staff is good at what they do in this office. I felt more seen and safe than any other practice I have been to.
