Kelsey Gallo, MD, a urologist and urogynecologist at Endeavor Health, treats men and women with pelvic floor disorders and urinary issues that affect daily function and quality of life. Her clinical focus includes incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and bladder concerns related to neurologic conditions, with an emphasis on treatment approaches that best fit into patients’ lives. Dr. Gallo completed advanced training in urogynecology and reconstructive pelvic surgery, and develops treatment plans centered on each patient’s goals and priorities.

Sahana Somasegar, MD MS, a gynecologic oncologist at Endeavor Health, provides comprehensive and compassionate care for patients with cancers of the female reproductive system. She treats conditions such as ovarian, uterine (endometrial), cervical, vaginal, and vulvar cancer, with expertise in complex cancer surgery and minimally invasive techniques. Dr. Somasegar has a strong interest in clinical trials and personalized medicine, integrating the latest research and molecular profiling to tailor treatment plans to each patient’s cancer. She works closely with multidisciplinary teams to offer individualized treatment plans that may include surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and advanced therapies.
