I didn't like how I declined the use of AI on my chart, because I don't like AI and the doctor came into the room immediately questioning why I said no and wouldn't move onto my actual appointment until I basically said yes for the AI. Then when leaving, she said bye thanks for letting me use AI. Like you went to medical school and you want to cheat with AI? Definitely not seeing her again.

I am glad I do not have to see this provider again. I am nonbinary and this was the least gender affirming healthcare experience I've had to date. I needed medical clearance for a gender-affirming double mastectomy and this provider had been informed as much before and again during my appointment with a letter from my surgeon, but still asked why I would be having the surgery and then seemed uncomfortable the rest of the appointment. She said "good luck with all of...that," waving her hand at me as she escorted me out the door. Maybe it was harmless and she just hasn't interacted with gender non-conforming or trans patients before, but it felt really upsetting to have to explain myself during the visit, and the provider also assumed I was straight and noted I had male partners in my chart without ever consulting me.

I had a very positive experience. The doctor was attentive, and the person who drew my blood was excellent; quick, kind, skilled, and I didn't have a bruise afterward.

Im so loving it and I like my Doctor shes Very Nice And Approachable and she listens and she knows very well and shes the best so far
