My endeavor is that my patients could have a better understanding of themselves and feel more in charge of their own lives.
I believe people already understand themselves in ways I can only begin to grasp. My role is to support them as they work toward mental health in alignment with their values. I strive to provide a safe, judgment-free space where they feel heard, understood and empowered to make meaningful change.
Joel Carnazzo, PsyD, a clinical psychologist at Endeavor Health, provides assessment and therapy for individuals managing both medical and mental health conditions. As a primary care psychologist, he collaborates closely with primary care providers to help patients prevent, manage and improve their overall health and emotional wellbeing. Dr. Carnazzo integrates cognitive behavioral and person-centered approaches to foster trust, understanding and self-awareness, helping patients reduce stress, manage emotions and build more fulfilling relationships.
