Recently I've undergone two neurological adjustments to improve my general brain health. Dr. Freedom made an adjustment to my CPAP equipment to improve the quality of my sleep. And, I started a regimen of Vitamin B12, which improved the caliber of my memory. I'm quite pleased that the status of my memory has improved so greatly-Vitamin 12 was a quick fix.
