Michelle Jackowski, APN-CNM, a certified nurse midwife at Endeavor Health, provides care in midwifery and obstetrics and gynecology. Beginning her career as a labor and delivery nurse, she pursued midwifery to be more present for women during birth and vulnerable moments in their health journeys. Michelle emphasizes dignity, personalized care and collaboration, ensuring patients feel included in decision-making. She is committed to creating safe spaces where women feel comfortable, respected and supported through all stages of care.

Ryan Kooperman, DO, an obstetrician-gynecologist at Endeavor Health, offers full-spectrum care including office visits, labor and delivery and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. Fellowship-trained in minimally invasive techniques, he uses laparoscopic and robotic procedures to shorten recovery time and improve patient outcomes. Dr. Kooperman builds long-term relationships through shared decision-making and a supportive, honest approach that empowers patients throughout every phase of their care.
