My endeavor is to live life to the fullest and encourage my patients with the same – to really strive to look at the values of balance, variety and moderation, and how that looks in the lens of being a professional, a family member and a friend.
In my approach to therapy, I consider how both strengths and challenges in a patient’s past can help them manage present difficulties. My goal is to truly listen, see and understand what brings someone to therapy and empower them to find their voice through solution-focused strategies.
Anna Quistad, PsyD, a licensed clinical psychologist at Endeavor Health, supports patients in primary care settings through behavioral health integration. She helps individuals navigate stress, body image, trauma and their relationship with food, especially within the context of weight management. Her approach blends compassion with evidence-based techniques to empower patients as they work toward health, wholeness and emotional resilience.
