I meet clients where they are, listening with care and empathy. We discuss their goals and what they want to work on, and I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy. I encourage clients to advocate for themselves and to practice the skills they learn in session. My goal is to provide strong emotional support so they feel more fulfilled in their lives and confident in taking steps toward healing.
