My endeavor would be to continue my learning in therapy and therapeutic approaches so I can be the most effective in working with my clients, and to give back to the mental health community through my years of experience, training and education.
I meet clients where they are and strive to build trust from the first session. I believe in establishing a strong therapeutic relationship that allows clients to feel safe and understood. I use collaborative goal setting to guide sessions and draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT and ACT. Transparency and ongoing feedback are important to me, ensuring that therapy remains supportive, flexible and tailored to each client’s needs.
Tiffany Bongiorno, LCSW, a licensed clinical social worker at Endeavor Health, provides therapy and counseling for adolescents through older adults. She specializes in anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and has experience working with personality disorders. Tiffany uses a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy. She values building trust and creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can share their stories and work toward meaningful goals.
