I take a person-centered, strength-based approach that draws from acceptance and commitment therapy, humanistic practices and positive psychology. I work to create a safe, non-judgmental space where people can explore difficult issues and build on their strengths. My goal is to understand how each person views the world and tailor treatment to what makes sense for them. I also use mindfulness and nature-based practices to support growth. I want clients to feel supported as they navigate life in ways that are meaningful to them.
