I take a holistic approach to care, focusing on the whole person rather than just symptoms. This includes physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health, and how they affect one another. I also emphasize patient autonomy in treatment, ensuring that each person feels involved and empowered in their care. My goal is to create a supportive, comfortable environment where patients feel safe discussing difficult challenges and exploring strategies that work best for them.
Angela Labedz, LCSW, a behavioral health integration clinician and licensed clinical social worker at Endeavor Health, provides therapy and counseling within primary care. She helps patients manage stress, symptoms and the emotional challenges of daily life through a holistic approach that considers physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Angela incorporates strategies such as mindfulness and mind-body practices to support individualized care. Her role includes offering short-term therapy and helping patients transition seamlessly into behavioral health services.
