Healing begins with presence. I meet each person where they are, offering a safe and gentle space for connection and growth. Through expressive arts, somatic therapies and mindfulness, I help patients reconnect with their inner strength and light. Every session is a step toward releasing trauma and rediscovering the capacity to heal.
Melissa Hedlund Nelson, LCPC, a licensed clinical professional counselor at Endeavor Health, provides trauma-focused therapy using expressive and body-based approaches. She integrates art therapy, movement, mindfulness and somatic experiencing to help patients process trauma and reconnect with healing. Melissa also serves as a clinical supervisor within the Behavioral Health Medical Group, leading a multidisciplinary team dedicated to expanding access to behavioral health care.
My endeavor is to help couples and families find healing and peace through emphasis on communication, collaboration and intentionality in relationships.
My endeavor is to help people not find themselves, but to create themselves.
