Dave Rahija serves as President of Operations for Endeavor Health Medical Group. Rahija joined the organization in 2009 when he joined as Vice President of Endeavor Health Glenbrook Hospital, and he most recently served as President of Endeavor Health Skokie Hospital.
In his current role, Rahija is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the medical group, overseeing more than 250 care sites and a team comprising over 2500 physicians and advanced practice providers. He plays a crucial role in the strategy and clinical operations across the system's Medical Group Institutes and Clinical Service Lines, including his executive sponsorship and oversight of the system's Orthopaedic & Spine Institute.
Rahija holds a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and a master’s degree in physical therapy from Saint Louis University. He also earned an MBA with a concentration in healthcare management from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University.
