As the Chief Information Officer at Endeavor Health, Deb Anderson is responsible for leading and advancing the organization’s technology strategy and infrastructure. Her focus is on streamlining and enhancing Endeavor Health’s IT operations, which includes the integration of systems and EPIC platforms to deliver seamless, patient-centered care.
Anderson’s passion to leverage technology to improve lives is a personal mission she adopted following her mother’s battle with cancer. Since then, she has dedicated her career to advancing innovations that help improve health.
In her current role, Anderson spearheads a platform strategy, moving beyond traditional project-based approaches and enabling more agile, innovative solutions that anticipate the future needs of the organization while delivering high-quality care to communities today. Her work has been instrumental in identifying efficiencies, simplifying processes and positioning the organization for sustainable growth.
Known for her transformative approach, Anderson is often described as “inspiring” and “groundbreaking” in her ability to align technology with human-centered outcomes. Anderson’s purpose-driven leadership style is rooted in collaboration, kindness and a focus on promoting open communication.
Prior to joining Endeavor Health, Anderson held senior leadership roles at several Fortune 100 companies and startups. Notably, she launched the world’s first virtual health platform years before the pandemic, which allowed patients the opportunity to receive high-quality care from the comfort of their home and revolutionized the accessibility of healthcare.
Her background also includes key roles at IBM, Abbott Labs, Motorola, and in Silicon Valley, where she worked on pioneering projects such as the IDM 100, a platform designed to help patients recover in the comfort of their homes while being supported by cutting-edge technology and world-class medical professionals.
In addition to her executive responsibilities, Anderson serves on the board of PerfectServe. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from DeVry University.
Anderson enjoys travelling around the world, spending time with her friends and family and is an avid fan of Game of Thrones!
