Gina Sharp, FACHE, is President of Linden Oaks Hospital and System Executive of the Behavioral Health service line.  With more than 20 years in healthcare, Sharp has experience in behavioral health, finance and managed care. 

She began her career at Edward Hospital & Health Services in 1999 in the Finance Division and was promoted to Controller at Linden Oaks in 2004, where she grew her responsibilities from finance to operations and physician practice development. In 2013, she was named CEO of Linden Oaks. Sharp is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. She is Past Chairman of the Illinois Hospital Association Governing Council for Behavioral Health, participates in the National Association for Behavioral Health, chairs the Behavioral Health within General Healthcare Systems Committee and is a member of the American Hospital Association Behavioral Health Committee. Sharp is also a member of the Harbor Performance Improvement Initiative, Kennedy Forum and 708 Board for Lisle Township, and serves on the Impact DuPage Committee and Advisory Board for KidsMatter. 

Sharp earned her Bachelor of Science in Community Health and Health Administration from the University of Illinois-Champaign and her MBA from DePaul University.
