Shivani Bautista, JD, serves as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for Endeavor Health. She is responsible for the strategy and oversight of all legal matters, compliance, enterprise risk management, and the System’s insurance programs and captives, as well as various regulatory priorities.
Bautista has served as General Counsel for the System since 2018 when she joined NorthShore University HealthSystem and established its in-house legal department. Prior to joining NorthShore, Bautista served as in-house counsel at United Airlines and previously practiced in the litigation group at Winston & Strawn.
She holds a JD degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Chicago.
