Yvette Saba serves as President of Endeavor Health Edward Hospital and System Executive for the Endeavor Health Cardiovascular Institute.

Since joining the organization in 1999 at Edward Hospital, she has advanced through key executive roles including System Vice President of Operations and Associate Vice President of Clinical Operations for Edward-Elmhurst Health. Additionally, she has led numerous service lines including cardiovascular, women’s and children’s, and emergency services, along with key hospital support departments like laboratory and employee/occupational health services.

Saba is a seasoned nurse executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience in both academic and community hospital settings. She is known for driving growth, delivering top-decile quality performance and fostering a culture of clinical excellence and compassionate care. Her career reflects a record of strategic expansion, operational innovation and development of programs that improve outcomes and patient experiences. Under her leadership, Edward Hospital earned recognition from leading organizations including PINC AI’s Top Health Systems and Top Hospitals, Healthgrades, the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Prior to her time at Endeavor Health, Saba served as the Administrative Director of Cardiovascular Services at Loyola University Medical Center.

Saba is actively engaged in the community, serving as a board member on the Naperville Development Partnership and as co-chair of the American Heart Association Metro Chicago Heart Challenge Board. She has also served on the American Heart Association Board and Go Red for Women Board for many years.

Saba earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from St. Louis University, a master’s degree in nursing from Rush University and an MBA from Loyola University. She is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Saba enjoys playing golf with her husband and her two sons and their wives and takes time out of her busy schedule to practice yoga.
