Yvette Saba is President of Edward Hospital in Naperville and System Executive for the Cardiovascular Institute. Saba was previously System Vice President of Operations for Edward-Elmhurst Health. 

Saba is a seasoned nurse executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience in healthcare, working in academic and community hospital settings. Saba, who joined Edward Hospital in 1999, has led numerous service lines, including cardiovascular, women and children’s and emergency services, as well as several hospital support departments including laboratory and employee/occupational health services. Saba’s leadership and commitment to excellence has driven growth and top decile quality performance, and led to recognition from organizations such as PINC AI (Top Health Systems and Top Hospitals) and Blue Cross Blue Shield. 

Saba earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from St. Louis University, a master’s degree from Rush University, and an MBA from Loyola University. She is also a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
