Edward Hospital offers several dining and shopping options.

You’ll find a wide selection of food choices in our main cafeteria, as well as lighter fare at our Southside Café.

Starbucks

It's the perfect spot to sit back, get a cup of coffee or a pastry, and relax. Starbucks merchandise, food and gift cards are available as well.

Parking

We offer free parking in the North and South parking decks of our Naperville campus.

Valet parking

Free valet parking is available Monday through Friday at several locations on the Edward Hospital campus:

• ER entrance: 7 a.m.-7 p.m.
• North entrance: 6 a.m.-7 p.m.
• Cancer Center entrance: 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
• Medical Office Building 1 & 2 entrance: 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
• Valet service is not available on holidays.

Ambulance services

We offer 24/7 ambulance transportation through Edward Ambulance Services, with a goal of being at a patient’s bedside in 30 minutes or less. (We do not service 911 calls).

Each ambulance has state-of-the-art technology and equipment to provide high-quality medical transportation between the hospital and area rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing facilities, hospice care and assisted living centers. The service also handles patient transfers 24/7 by request, from the Edward Plainfield ER to Edward Hospital and other area hospitals, as well as between the Edward Hospital and Linden Oaks at Edward and Edward helipad.

Edward Flower Shop

The Flower Shop in Edward Hospital is a full-service florist offering a variety of options, such as custom bouquets, fresh flower arrangements, plants, goody baskets, plush animals and helium balloons.

You can place an order either in-person, or over the phone by calling (630) 527-5777. We offer free delivery on the hospital campus.

Notice: The Flower Shop is open for phone orders, although there will be some restrictions and varied hours. Due to the availability of flowers and products, the selection may vary and prices may fluctuate. Please call (630) 527-5777 with any questions. 

Edward Essentials Gift Shop

Looking for a unique gift or a treat for yourself? Edward Essentials Gift Shop offers a little bit of everything.

Gift shop products

Essentials carries a dynamic assortment of specialty items, including:

• Magazines, greeting cards, toiletries and candy
• Women’s accessories, such as scarves, jewelry and handbags
• Unique seasonal home décor
• An extensive line of children’s items, including baby onesies, keepsake gifts, frames, and toddler toys
• Spiritual trinkets, such as various angels and healing stones

The merchandise changes monthly.

Gift shop location and hours

Essentials is conveniently located in the North lobby across from the gold elevators. Gift shop hours are as follows:

Monday - Friday: 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

Saturday: 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

Sunday: 12 p.m.-2 p.m.

Our clinically trained chaplains provide confidential, inclusive spiritual, religious, and emotional support that respects each person’s unique and valuable life story. As you navigate changes and challenges let us partner with you and your loved ones to explore sources of meaning and purpose and identify resources for coping and healing.

Grief support groups

Edward Hospital offers regular grief groups. Call (630) 527-6363 for more information about grief groups.

Edward Hospital provides free interpreter services for patients and families, including interpretation over the telephone, video remote interpreting and in person interpreters.
 

Need to pick up a prescription while you’re here? For your convenience, Edward Hospital offers an onsite, full-service retail pharmacy for all your medication needs.

Our pharmacy team provides prompt and courteous service to patients, visitors and employees. In addition to prescription medications, the Pharmacy offers a variety of over-the-counter medications and convenience items.

Pharmacy services

• Fill new prescriptions – Bring in your prescription, or ask your doctor to call it in to the Edward Pharmacy at 630-527-5204 or fax it to 630-548-7611.
• Transfer prescriptions – Transferring a prescription to Edward Pharmacy is quick and easy. Call or stop by and a pharmacy team member will gather the necessary information to make the transfer.
• Specialty medications – Get specialty medications and supplies for complex and chronic conditions. Specialty medications are traditionally high cost/high-technology drugs that require special dispensing and monitoring.
• Our pharmacy team can provide counseling on proper usage and expected side effects of these medications.
• Over-the-counter medications – We stock a wide variety of over-the-counter products such as cough and cold medications, first aid, eye and ear care, vitamins and toiletries.
• Home delivery – USPS delivery is available Monday through Friday at no charge for all medications that don't require refrigeration. Delivery will be within 2-5 business days, depending when the order is placed. 

Edward Pharmacy will charge copays outlined by your specific plan. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash, checks, or Health Savings Account credit cards.

Edward Pharmacy is conveniently located in Edward Hospital’s Medical Office Building 1 (Spalding Building), 100 Spalding Dr., Suite 101, in Naperville.

Monday - Friday: 8 a.m.-6 p.m.

The Pharmacy is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and select holidays.
