Parking

We offer free parking in the North and South parking decks of our Naperville campus.

Valet parking

Free valet parking is available Monday through Friday at several locations on the Edward Hospital campus:

• ER entrance: 7 a.m.-7 p.m.
• North entrance: 6 a.m.-7 p.m.
• Cancer Center entrance: 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
• Medical Office Building 1 & 2 entrance: 8 a.m. -5:30 p.m.
• Valet service is not available on holidays.

Ambulance services

We offer 24/7 ambulance transportation through Edward Ambulance Services, with a goal of being at a patient’s bedside in 30 minutes or less. (We do not service 911 calls).

Each ambulance has state-of-the-art technology and equipment to provide high-quality medical transportation between Linden Oaks at Edward and the Main Campus.

Edward Hospital provides free interpreter services for patients and families, including interpretation over the telephone, video remote interpreting and in person interpreters.
